Code of Conduct Agreement

THIS IS YOUR WARNING!

* There is no tobacco, vaping, drugs and drinking alcohol near the fields and in the parking lot. See rulebook page 21.

* I, my guest(s) and my player(s) will treat each location as your own with respect and great care.

* I, the parent/guardian will remember that children participate to have fun and that this is for them, not me.

* I, my guests, my player(s) agree to cheer, let the coaches coach, let the umpires ump and let the players play. We will praise my player(s), team and coaches for competing fairly and trying hard.

* My player(s) and I agree to respect the schedules of the coaches and teammates by having my player arrive on time for practices and games. I will notify my coach if my player will arrive late or not able to attend. I will pick up my child after practices/games in a timely manner.

* I, my guests, my player(s) will promote and practice good sportsmanship and be a positive role model at all times. To win without boasting, lose without excuse and never quit.

* I, my guests, my player(s) will not engage in public displays of anger. I will never throw my gear or any other equipment in anger and I agree to be aware of safety and will follow team and league rules to ensure safe play.

 * I, my guests, my player(s) will demand and guarantee respect to opposing fans, coaches, participants and umpires. We will not boo, taunt or yell criticism or use profane language or gestures.

* I, my guests, my player(s) agree to respect coaching decisions regarding playing time, position and placement and will refrain from coaching any player.

* I, my guest(s), my player(s) will respect the officials and abide by their judgments on the field. We will not engage the officials in any manner. We acknowledge that the head coach is the only person authorized to converse with the officials during the game.

* I will not approach players and coaches, during or immediately after games with anything other than support. All questions/concerns regarding players and coaches will be addressed the day after the game (at least 24 hours after incident) in an atmosphere conducive to problem solving.

* I agree to file, in writing to my organization Board of Directors any complaints regarding: violation of rules, questionable conduct such as abusive behavior by a player, coach or fan and irreconcilable personality conflicts.

* I, my guests and my player(s) will help pick up any left behind items and trash during and after practices and games.

I have read, understand and agree to abide by this Code of Conduct.

I have also read and discussed with my ball player the Code of Conduct.

We also agree with the consequences determined by my organization and/or PBSA. Consequences may include removal from practices and/or games, suspension from practices and/or games, or removal from my organization as well as PBSA.
